And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.  For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her. In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’ Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her. —Revelation 18:4-8

 According to the Word of God, and through the authority delegated to us by Jesus Christ our Lord, we come to render to you Babylon, queen of heaven and harlot, double what you have rendered to us and all the people of the earth.

 We declare we are bought by the blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, whose Name is far above your name and that we are bought by that shed blood.

 We overcome you by the blood of the Lamb, the word of our testimony, love not our lives unto death and have no fear of you.

 We come to lift your veil, take off your skirt, uncover your thighs and expose you to nakedness so everyone will see you, even the kings who have committed fornication with you, and they shall weep because of what they see.

 We bind your witchcraft and the multitude of your sorceries and declare you will no longer sit as queen.

 We lose plagues upon you and decree that death and mourning and famine come upon you.

 You are to be utterly burned with fire and made desolate.

 We give you torment and destruction and decree your fall and destruction.

 We come out of you as purchased and sanctified bondservants of the Most High God and fully release ourselves from your influence and control.

 We break the spells over the souls you call your children and take them from you. We command you to loose them now, in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

 We now bind up your works through children and women and your oppression of the elderly. Release them now!

 Be thrown down so that you will not be found anymore.

 We now rejoice over you with the holy apostles and prophets, for our God has avenged us on you.

 ALLELUIA!

 Salvation and glory and honor and power to the Lord our God, for true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.
